Application: Cooling and recycling of hot condensate to be reused as service water.

Description:

• Sugar Mill generates approx 500 m³ / day of excess condensate in 3500 TPD Plant.
• Major hurdle in reusing this excess condensate is the high temperature (85⁰C to 90⁰C). By using Aqua-Cool two stage cooling system it is cooled down to 32⁰C 2⁰C.

Stage I:

• Hot condensate temperature at inlet to 1st cooling tower 85⁰C to 90⁰C.
• Temperature of condensate out from 1st stage 45⁰C to 50⁰C

Stage II:

• Temperature of water outlet from 2nd Cooling Tower 32⁰C 2⁰C
• This cooled water is then fed to service water tank for reuse.
